As a key member of our aquatic team, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality swimming instruction using our proven Splash N’ Learn methods. Your role focuses on fostering a nurturing atmosphere where children not only learn to swim but also grow in their abilities. Reliability, communication, and child-centered approaches are essential to thrive in this position, ensuring that every lesson promotes safety and enjoyment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging swimming lessons following Splash N’ Learn programs
• Maintain a friendly and upbeat demeanor at all times




• Ensure all areas remain clean and safe for participants
• Communicate effectively with students and supervisors
• Assist with ongoing safety and facility maintenance
Requirements:
• Current LSS Swim or Red Cross Water Safety Instructor certification
• Standard First Aid certification is mandatory
• National Lifeguard certification preferred
• Conduct acceptable police check for vulnerable sector
• Attend all mandatory training sessions
