THE IMPACT YOU’LL MAKE:
The Global Salesforce Specialist supports the analysis, optimization, and functional support of NDI’s Salesforce platform and related Salesforce-based systems across NDI’s global operations. Working across regions and business functions, this role helps enable consistent, scalable business processes while supporting the distinct needs of local teams.
This role partners with business stakeholders and technical teams globally to translate business needs into functional solutions and contribute to the ongoing evolution, optimization, and adoption of Salesforce and related systems. The Global Salesforce Specialist helps connect regional requirements with enterprise priorities, identify opportunities for standardization and process improvement, and strengthen system capability, data quality, and user adoption across the organization.
The role develops increasing independence in managing functional requests, supporting cross-regional initiatives, and contributing to solutions that can scale across NDI’s global business.
HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE:
- Analyze Salesforce systems usage, workflows, and business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
- Support the gathering and translation of business needs into functional requirements and system enhancements.
- Support the design, configuration, testing, and implementation of solutions within the Salesforce platform,
ensuring alignment with business needs and enterprise standards.
- Troubleshoot system issues, assist with root cause analysis, and support resolution activities with internal and external partners.
- Develop and maintain system documentation and configurations and provide user support and guidance to promote effective system usage and adoption, including reports and dashboards.
- Support system upgrades, releases, and ongoing improvement initiatives.
- Support integration between Salesforce and connected enterprise systems.
- Perform other tasks as required by the Senior Manager, Enterprise Systems.
EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Computer Science diploma or equivalent experience.
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce platform configuration, automation (e.g. Flows, Process Builder), report management, and support.
- Experience eliciting and translating business requirements into system solutions.
- Experience working with integrated enterprise systems.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator certification considered an asset.
- Familiarity with service management systems (e.g. Jira).
- Familiarity with ISO, SOX, FDA regulations and controls considered an asset.

- Strong attention to detail, particularly in data management, system configuration, and reporting.
