Reporting to the Director of Operations Finance, you will be responsible for key financial insights and budgeting while developing strategic initiatives to optimize plant performance. This position requires a blend of strong accounting knowledge and business acumen.

Key Responsibilities:



• Analyze operational and financial variances to improve efficiency • Lead month-end and year-end financial reporting processes • Implement and monitor overhead standards for cost control • Support documentation and analysis for special projects • Enhance data reporting systems to support plant operations

Requirements: • University Degree in Business or Accounting is essential • 2-3 years of plant-level manufacturing accounting experience • Solid inventory management skills and budgeting expertise • Proficiency in Excel and ERP software systems • Excellent presentation and communication skills
