Key Responsibilities:



• Lead and supervise nurses and support workers on the unit • Coordinate all nursing activities for high-quality care • Maintain effective communication with families and healthcare teams • Protect resident privacy and confidential information • Inspire excellence in nursing practices among peers

Requirements: • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) required • Active CNO certification as a Registered Nurse • Prior experience in a long-term care setting • CPR certification and strong communication skills • Solid organizational and problem-solving abilities
