Our showroom concierge is a key member of the team as they are the first point of contact for our guests visiting the dealership. The successful candidate must have demonstrated experience with

- Providing exceptional customer service
- Passion for providing hospitality service
- Ability to prioritize and problem solve

As a Greeter/ Concierge you are responsible:

- Greeting and welcoming our Guests with a smile as they enter the showroom and guest lounge.
- Answering and directing internal calls for sales team.
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the guest lounge, coffee machine,



drink station and restocking our complementary guest snacks.
- Coordinating vehicle licensing between our Product Advisors and accounting department.
- Working with sales department to provide general adhoc sales support.
