We are a locally owned and operated natural grocery store committed to supporting our communities, our team members, and a healthier way of living. We’re looking for an enthusiastic and dependable Grocery Supervisor to join our team.

Reporting to the Store Manager and Grocery Manager, you’ll help oversee the day-to-day operation of the Grocery department. You’ll work alongside the team—supporting customers, coaching staff, receiving deliveries, maintaining inventory, and keeping the department organized, well-stocked, and looking its best.

What You’ll Do

- Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive customer service
- Supervise, support, and motivate Grocery team members
- Help train team members and provide ongoing feedback
- Order, receive, stock, rotate, merchandise, and face products
- Monitor inventory and identify products requiring replenishment
- Verify deliveries and invoices for accuracy
- Create attractive displays and maintain department standards
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe workplace
- Perform key-holder duties, including opening and closing the store
- Support loss-prevention, health, and safety procedures
- Work closely with store leadership to meet the operational needs of the business

What You Bring





- Previous supervisory or management experience, preferably in grocery or retail
- Experience with inventory management and ordering
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to coach, motivate, and support a team
- A dependable, organized, and hands-on approach
- The ability to stand for extended periods and safely lift up to 50 pounds
- An interest in natural, organic, local, and healthy foods
- A commitment to sustainability, recycling, and environmental responsibility
