JOB SUMMARY

Spa Attendants help create a welcoming, relaxing, and exceptional experience for our spa guests by ensuring guest spaces are clean, organized, well-stocked, and ready for use.

This position is a great starting point for those considering a career in the spa industry and looking to learn more about the opportunities available within this sector.

If you love the spa business as much as we think you will, we offer training and development opportunities to help prepare you for other roles, such as Spa Coordinator, Spa Reservationist, and Spa Concierge.

As part of the position's regular cleaning, restocking, and resetting duties, Spa Attendants are required to enter and work in both the men's and women's locker rooms.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Ensure guest spaces are clean, organized, and ready for use.
- Drop off and pick up spa linens for laundering.
- Reset guest lockers and maintain clean and welcoming locker room areas.




- Sanitize sandals and restock guest amenities.
- Respond to guest inquiries about the spa and its facilities.
- Help maintain a clean, safe, relaxing, and welcoming environment for all guests.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Available to work a flexible schedule, including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Detail-oriented, with a positive attitude that contributes to a healthy, friendly, and supportive workplace.
- Comfortable entering and working in both men's and women's locker rooms as required to perform regular job duties.
- Able to safely operate a golf cart. A BC driver's licence is not required.
- Physically able to perform the duties of the position, including standing for extended periods, walking up and down stairs, and lifting up to 20 lbs.
- Strong commitment to cleanliness, organization, and exceptional guest service.
