JOB SUMMARY

Reporting to the Spa Guest Services Manager, Spa Coordinators help create a welcoming, relaxing, and exceptional experience for every Grotto Spa guest.

This guest-facing role is responsible for welcoming and assisting guests, coordinating spa appointments, providing information about spa services and amenities, supporting retail sales, and helping maintain a clean, organized, and tranquil spa setting.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Welcome and assist guests with warmth and professionalism.
- Coordinate and confirm spa appointments accurately and efficiently.
- Provide knowledgeable information about spa services, products, and amenities.
- Support retail sales and maintain clean, organized, and inviting product displays.
- Help ensure guest areas are clean, stocked, organized, and ready for use.
- Process guest payments and check-outs accurately using the Spa's point-of-sale system.




- Respond to phone and guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Maintain awareness of guest schedules and special requests to support personalized service.
- Participate in Team Member meetings and ongoing training to maintain exceptional service standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Available to work a flexible full-time schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Detail-oriented, with a positive attitude that contributes to a healthy, friendly, and supportive workplace.
- Professional, approachable, and committed to exceptional guest service.
- Comfortable using computers and point-of-sale systems.
- Reliable, flexible, and able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- A genuine interest in spa, wellness, and the guest experience.
- Previous spa, wellness, hospitality, or customer service experience is considered an asset.
