The Grounds Maintenance is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, upkeep, and visual appeal of the property.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Team

- Willingness to accept the most effective role.
- Perform pressure washing of designated exterior areas as assigned.
- Apply exterior paint and perform touch-ups to maintain property appearance.
- Complete assigned daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance tasks and projects including the cleanliness, organization, and upkeep of waste and garbage areas, parking lot, storage rooms, fences and perimeter structures, windows and glass surfaces, and the warehouse.
- Close with an open mentality.
- Keep all areas in like-recent condition and website ready.

Guest
- Ensure guests are greeted and acknowledged consistently, adhering to the 10/5 Rule.
- Communicate with guests in a professional and friendly manner.

Financial
- Protecting company assets by adhering to policies and procedures.
- Develop, implement, and monitor programs to ensure a safe facility and work environment in compliance with all applicable regulations,



including Ergonomics, Emergency Response, Injury and Illness Prevention, and Hazard Communication standards.

Qualifications & Traits

- Expertise in hands-on equipment maintenance and repair.
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks and remain productive with minimal supervision.
- Possess a valid Ontario Class G driver’s license.

Physical Requirements

- Lift up to 75lbs., bending, stretching, and walking and/or standing for long periods of time.
- Working in all weather conditions including extreme cold and extreme heat.

Additional Requirements Newly hired Pack Members must submit a completed police clearance to Human Resources. Employment may begin before the results are received, based on the Pack Member’s confirmation that they have no unpardoned criminal convictions. If the clearance reveals a conviction, the employer may terminate employment on a case-by-case basis, providing only the minimum notice required under the Employment Standards Act, 2000, with no additional notice or compensation.
