We are looking for a friendly, outgoing, and sales-minded Guest Service Advisor to join our team at Massage Addict.

This is more than just a front desk position. You will be an important part of the guest experience — welcoming clients, building relationships, helping guests understand our services and membership options, and supporting the overall success of the clinic.

What You’ll Do

- Warmly welcome guests and create a friendly, professional first impression
- Build genuine relationships with recent and returning clients
- Answer phone calls, emails, and client inquiries
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments
- Explain Massage Addict services, pricing, promotions, and membership options
- Recommend membership plans based on each guest’s needs
- Work toward individual and clinic sales and membership goals
- Encourage guests to rebook future appointments
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients when appropriate
- Process payments and maintain accurate client information
- Support Registered Massage Therapists and other service providers
- Keep the reception and common areas clean, organized, and welcoming
- Assist with laundry and other light clinic duties when required
- Work together with the team to provide an exceptional guest experience

- Comfortable using computers and booking/POS systems
- A team player who is willing to help wherever needed

Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, reception, fitness/wellness, or sales is an asset. Previous clinic experience is welcome but not required — training will be provided.
