As a Guest Service Attendant, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience during their stay. Duties

- Greet guests upon arrival
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a qualified and timely manner
- Process payments accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a well-stocked, clean, and organized sales floor
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures

Skills To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills:

- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written




- Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Cash experience is helpful
