The ideal candidate will have well-rounded architectural experience and a demonstrated passion for technical excellence in design. They will have a passion for producing outstanding contract documents in a BIM environment, extensive knowledge in building envelope construction, outstanding verbal and written communication skills, very positive organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task in a busy office.This position is paying a salary of between $90 – $125k, depending on experience.



The firm offers lots of employee perks and room for growth.Key ResponsibilitiesArchitectural detailing and documentation on projects in collaboration with the project architects and team membersDeveloping and coordinating construction documents, including alignment with codes, standards and specificationsClose coordination with engineering consultantsPrepare architectural models and drawings using Revit and other modeling softwareOther duties as necessaryQualificationsDemonstrated pursuit of excellence in designDegree in architecture, architectural engineering or architectural technologyAdvanced level of experience and skill in utilizing RevitKnowledge of high-performance building envelope constructionExperience preparing design and construction documents for institutional and residential projects.
