• Create and maintain training roadmaps for staff • Analyze and assess training impacts of new policies • Ensure training content aligns with organizational needs • Gather and report training metrics for continuous improvement • Collaborate with senior leadership on training delivery

Requirements: • Degree/diploma in Education or related field • 8 years in training program/project management • 4 years of experience directing training teams • Solid knowledge of instructional design principles • Excellent communication and presentation skills
