Operational Support Lead Front of House team members to deliver remarkable guest experiences while

caring for our guests and team .

Execute assigned opening and closing procedures and support smooth shift flow by assigning positions and keeping team members engaged.

Maintain a strong leadership presence on the floor and

cultivate a calm, positive, and efficient work environment .

Ensure the dining room, restrooms, patio, condiment stations, and drive-thru are clean, safe, and guest-ready.

Support guest recovery using the Chick-fil-A Recovery Model and respond to guest inquiries with care.

Ensure accurate cash handling, drawer counts, and security procedures are followed.





Monitor FOH supplies and communicate inventory needs to leadership.

Work in the drive-thru year-round and use POS software to take orders.

Celebrate and recognize team members who demonstrate strong hospitality, teamwork, and operational excellence.

Shift Coordination & Administrative Support Manage breaks and support appropriate shift coverage throughout the shift.

Complete daily checklists and assigned responsibilities.

Communicate shift updates, operational needs, and guest concerns to leadership.

Train and coach team members with

care , helping them build confidence and develop their skills.

Cultivate

teamwork, accountability, and growth through consistent coaching and support.

Celebrate

team members’ progress, contributions, and successes.

Attend leadership meetings and participate in ongoing leadership development.

Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership to support business need
