Working closely with the Branded Environments team, you will help manage complex projects in corporate interiors and experiential marketing. This role requires effective communication and project organization to ensure all client needs are met promptly.
Key Responsibilities: • Support day-to-day project management alongside Account Managers • Coordinate deliverables across multiple client projects • Document action items from meetings and follow up effectively • Keep project trackers and client records up to date • Assist with invoicing and purchase request processes
Requirements: • Degree in Business, Marketing, or related areas • 1-3 years of relevant coordination or client service experience • Solid communication and time management abilities • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Comfortable learning new software tools and processes
