You will provide top-notch customer service, develop an understanding on the repair process, and handle all customerinquiriesor complaints.If you have strong problem-solving, superb communication skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction, Duties and Responsibilities

Assistsall customers (in-person and over the phone) with service requirements ensuringoptimumcustomer service. Responds to customer’s inquiries ina timelyandaccuratemanner according to the policy of the dealership. Schedules service appointments. Obtains customer and vehicle data prior to arrival when possible. Creates/opens work orders for recent customers and service; closes orders as appropriate. Invoices work orders andaccepts payments from customers;submitsreports and receipts to accounting. Provides quotes or estimates to customersregardingservice needed. Advises customers of current status of their vehicle as well as any additionalwork that may be required. Performs other duties as required by the Service Manager to ensure the successful operation of the dealership. Skills and Qualifications

Experience in automotive field. 1-2 years of experience as Service Advisor is an asset.



CDK experience. Aptitude for numbers. Valid Driver’s License and a clean driver’s abstract. The Rewards
