CLWR is seeking a Program Finance Manager in Winnipeg to enhance our compliance systems and financial management. This hybrid role requires expertise in project finance and donor compliance.
This full-time position reports to the Co-Directors of CLWR’s International Program Team. The successful candidate will support project budget developments, donor documentation, and financial risk management for our diverse international programming. You will be a vital resource, providing guidance to Program Managers and strengthening our finance systems as we continue to grow.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide guidance on project budget compliance with donor requirements
• Monitor project financial performance and compliance accurately




• Assist Program Managers in financial close-out processes
• Coordinate and oversee project audits and reviews
• Develop finance and compliance tools and training for staff
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in finance or related field
• 3–5 years of project finance experience
• Excellent knowledge of GAC financial requirements
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Robust communication skills in English
