Key Responsibilities:
• Mentor youth while maintaining professional boundaries
• Create and review individual Case Management Plans
• Facilitate access to resources such as housing and education
• Prepare incident reports and track youth outcomes
• Participate in team meetings and programming initiatives
Requirements:
• Completion of secondary education; post-secondary preferred
• One year of frontline youth care experience
• Awareness of Indigenous youth issues an asset
• Valid Driver’s License with a explicit driving record
• CPR/First Aid certification an advantage
