We are looking for an experienced Product Owner with strong Banking / Financial Services domain experience.

? Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring priorities align with business goals.

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.

• Create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.

• Work closely with Business, Technology, UX, and QA teams to deliver product features.

• Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value and customer needs.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Communicate product vision, roadmap, priorities, and progress to stakeholders.





• Identify dependencies, risks, and gaps and drive them toward resolution.

• Ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements and quality expectations.

? Required Skills

✅ 5+ years of Product Owner / Product Management experience

✅ Strong Banking / Financial Services domain experience

✅ Solid experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies

✅ Excellent experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria

✅ Strong stakeholder and communication skills

✅ Experience working with cross-functional technology teams

✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

✅ Experience with Jira / Confluence or similar Agile tools
