City of Surrey, Canada Candidates working in this post are appointed to lead strong project teams to deliver quality solutions from start to finish following standard project methodologies. People are also accountable for delivering what you promise to provide and managing priorities and present realities while planning the future. They’re accountable at this post to build solid collaborations with relevant business units throughout the City to align work with strategic goals.



Candidates are also required to champion change and communicate with relevant stakeholders at all levels working at this post. Job requirement

Candidates must have a degree or diploma in a related field plus at least 6 years of directly related experience managing large initiatives to be considered as an asset for this post. Applicants must have PMP Designation and dedicated experience in using agile principles and methodology to deliver streams of iterative change while driving improvements in related processes to be eligible for this post. Candidates must acquire demonstrated leadership skills with a proven ability to lead diverse teams through large or multiple concurrent IT projects. Applicants must have strong relationship and team-building skills and can communicate complex ideas in a way that fosters consensus to be eligible for this post. Candidates must attain the ability to facilitate and champion changes and communicate with relevant stakeholders at all levels. Applicants must have prior experience in managing complex projects involving lots of changes to business operations to be eligible for this post.
