Reporting directly to the Site Director, the Logistics Coordinator plays a vital role in coordinating daily logistics department operations, which includes sample management, receiving and shipping, and staff supervision. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with H2Lab standards, managing inventories, and facilitating both internal and external logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate day-to-day logistics operations and sample management • Manage staff training, engagement,



and compliance processes • Oversee inventory and order departmental supplies • Participate in quality initiatives for continuous improvement • Handle receiving and shipping of customer orders effectively

Requirements: • 1-3 years of logistics and supervision experience • Strong organizational and compliance skills • Attention to detail and results-oriented mindset • Proficient in French (spoken and written) • Ability to work in an on-site environment
