The Client Services Representative position involves the following:

- Serving the needs of our clients and their p ets with professionalism and confidence
- Answering phone calls and scheduling appointment s
- Invoicing and processing payments
- Electronic Medical Record-keeping
- Communication with clients, veterinarians, and team.
- Hospital Maintenance, including stocking of shelves, cleaning exam rooms and reception area.

The successful applicant will have:

- Previous experience in c lient service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to multitask in a rapid-paced environment with a large team
- Proficien t computer skills
- Previous experience in a veterinary clinic is preferre d
