Key Responsibilities:
• Operate snowplow trucks and heavy equipment as needed
• Maintain provincial highways year-round, assisting Labourer duties
• Conduct equipment and road condition inspections




• Assist leadership with daily operations and safety meetings
• Monitor work quality and address safety concerns promptly
Requirements:
• Valid Class 1, 2, or 3 driver’s license with air endorsement
• Previous supervisory experience in highway maintenance
• Snow plow experience preferred
• Professional communication skills, computer skills an asset
• Successful completion of pre-employment testing required
