As a Custodian, you will maintain the facility's cleanliness and perform a variety of tasks to ensure a welcoming atmosphere. Your responsibilities include cleaning floors and washrooms, managing outdoor spaces, and conducting minor repairs. You will also check security of the facility and restock supplies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Clean and maintain interior and exterior facility spaces
• Perform minor repairs in electrical, carpentry, plumbing, and painting
• Ensure security of building and grounds
• Manage supplies and restock washrooms
• Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
Requirements:
• High school education or equivalent
• WHMIS training preferred
• Experience in cleaning and maintenance (3-12 months)
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift over 20 pounds
