This position plays a key role in the preparation and handling of our Dry Cure products to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality, food safety, and customer satisfaction.Position Summary:As a Production Employee, you will be responsible for carrying out production processes related to Dry Cure products(Salami) in an accurate and timely manner. Your role will involve physical work, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Move racks of product through climate-controlled rooms and dry roomsPrepare products for dipping and apply gelatin and spice coatingsLoad products onto wagons and racks for further processingOperate mobile power equipment to transport wagons throughout the Dry Cure areaMonitor and record inspections at critical food safety control pointsCommunicate effectively and maintain strong teamwork within the departmentAdhere to all safety, HACCP, and SQF protocols and proceduresQualifications:Ability to perform physical tasks including frequent lifting (up to 45 lbs), bending, and twistingStrong attention to detail and ability to follow proceduresGood communication skills and the ability to work well with othersFG Deli Group is an equal opportunity employer.
