In this pivotal role under the Health & Safety Manager, you'll be responsible for identifying training needs and collaborating with plant leaders to implement Standard Work best practices.

Your expertise will play a crucial part in enhancing organizational knowledge and fostering a culture of ongoing learning among hourly team members. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead training needs assessments and design solutions
- Develop Standard Work Instructions with cross-functional partners
- Train SMEs on instructional development techniques
- Monitor training metrics and identify program gaps
- Engage teams through effective use of Alchemy tools Requirements:
- At least 2 years in production or learning development
- Preferred CTDP designation for training expertise
- Robust skills in MS Office Suite
- Familiarity with Alchemy learning tools a bonus
