Hot Heads Salon is looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to join our team!

As the first point of contact for our clients, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming, positive experience while helping keep our busy salon running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

- Greet and check in clients Answer phone calls, texts, and booking inquiries Schedule and manage appointments Process payments and client checkouts Maintain a clean and organized front desk and retail area Assist with retail sales and product recommendations Support stylists with daily salon flow Help maintain a positive, professional salon environment

What We’re Looking For:
- Strong customer service and communication skills Friendly, professional,



and approachable personality Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Comfortable using computers and booking systems (training provided) Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Previous reception, retail, or customer service experience is an asset
