Role: Independent Contractor (Hair Care Services)

This is an exceptional opportunity for a professional who enjoys building meaningful, long-term relationships and appreciates the convenience of a dedicated, in-house workspace.

About the Role: As an independent contractor, you will operate your own business within our lodge, offering a variety of hair care services to our residents, including:

- Men’s and women’s cuts
- Perms and roller sets
- Colours and highlights
- Blow-dry, curling, and styling
- Basic grooming

Grande Spirit Foundation provides a rent-free, dedicated salon space. You will set your service menu, manage your own schedule, and collect 100% of the service fees paid directly by the residents you serve. Why Join Us?

What We Are Looking For:





- Valid professional hairstyling certification/license.
- Proven experience working successfully with seniors.
- Active WCB coverage, commercial general liability insurance, and any required municipal/provincial licensing.
- Your own qualified supplies and equipment.
- A friendly, patient demeanour characterized by high professionalism and punctuality.
- Ability to provide a clean, valid Vulnerable Sector Criminal Record Check.
