- Provide professional hair styling services including cuts, color, blowouts tailored to each client’s preferences.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by listening carefully to client needs and offering expert advice on styles and products.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and equipment to ensure a safe workplace for clients and staff.
- Communicate clearly with clients about their desired outcomes and explain the steps involved in each service.




- Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and salon offerings to provide innovative solutions.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in hair styling with a strong portfolio of work demonstrating versatility and skill.
- Excellent communication skills to connect with clients and team members effectively.
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety procedures within a salon setting.
- Ability to upsell products and services confidently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Retail sales experience is a plus, along with a passion for beauty trends and continuous learning.
