Responsibilities

- Perform a variety of hair styling services including cuts, color treatments, blowouts, and special occasion styles.
- Engage with clients to understand their preferences, offer professional recommendations, and ensure they leave feeling confident and satisfied
- Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace by following all health and safety regulations to promote a safe environment for clients and staff
- Upsell retail products such as shampoos, conditioners, styling tools, and treatments to enhance client results and increase sales
- Manage front desk duties including scheduling appointments, greeting clients warmly, and handling payments efficiently
- Build strong relationships through clear communication skills,

- Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and industry best practices to continually elevate your craft

Requirements

- Proven experience in hair styling with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills and versatility. License with CANS
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect authentically with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and ability to maintain a hygienic workspace at all times
- Effective communication skills to clearly explain styling options and product recommendations
- Ability to upsell retail products confidently without being pushy
- Experience in retail sales or front desk operations is a plus but not required; training will be provided if needed
- A positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and eagerness to learn new techniques
