We are a property maintenance and janitorial company seeking a skilled, reliable, and hands-on Handyman & Facilities Maintenance Specialist to oversee the daily upkeep of a premier residential property.

Key Responsibilities
- General Repairs & Trade Work: Perform light plumbing repairs, touch-up paint, touch-up concrete repairs, and carpet tile installation.
- Property & Waste Management: Oversee daily garbage compactor operation, routine maintenance, and site cleanliness.
- Pool Care: Monitor and maintain pool chemical levels, testing water quality to ensure proper balance and protected operation.
- Facilities Maintenance: Conduct regular walkthroughs to identify and address minor repairs, safety hazards, and ongoing maintenance needs.
- Cleaning & Upkeep: Assist with light cleaning tasks and ensure high standards of physical condition across all common areas.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience in general handyman work, building maintenance, or multi-trade services.
- Practical knowledge of light plumbing, painting, and basic structural/flooring repairs.
- Experience with pool chemical monitoring/testing is a strong asset (training provided for the right candidate).
- Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort operating equipment like garbage compactors.
- Punctual, self-motivated, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills and a professional presentation.
