Duties

- Lead and supervise the kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment
- Develop creative menus that highlight fresh ingredients and align with current food trends
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure consistency and excellence in every plate
- Manage food handling procedures, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and hygiene standards
- Coordinate daily kitchen operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies,



and maintaining cleanliness
- Train team members on food safety protocols, proper cooking techniques, and customer service excellence
- Monitor restaurant service to ensure timely delivery of high-quality dishes to guests

Qualifications

- Proven supervising experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment
- Extensive food preparation and cooking skills with a solid understanding of culinary techniques
- Previous food service experience within the food industry or restaurant management roles
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with effective team management skills
- Knowledge of food safety standards, hygiene practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Strong background in restaurant experience, including kitchen operations and hospitality principles
- Excellent communication skills to serve as a motivating leader and effective communicator within the team

Pay: $50,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
