Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise the entire food service operation, including food preparation, cooking, and serving processes.
- Manage daily kitchen activities to ensure smooth workflow, timely delivery of orders, and adherence to quality standards.
- Oversee food handling procedures to maintain strict compliance with safety regulations and hygiene practices.
- Train, mentor, and manage team members to enhance their skills in food preparation, customer service, and restaurant operations.
- Implement efficient restaurant management practices that optimize resource use, reduce waste, and improve overall performance.
- Ensure all staff follow food safety protocols and maintain cleanliness in accordance with health regulations.

Experience

- Proven supervising experience in a food service or restaurant setting with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
- Extensive background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations within the food industry.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant management principles including team management, food safety standards, and hospitality best practices.
- Hands-on experience with food handling procedures and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Previous roles involving restaurant experience that showcase your ability to manage staff effectively while delivering outstanding customer service.
- Familiarity with the use of kitchen equipment and tools essential for productive food production.
- Excellent communication skills combined with a passion for leading teams in fast-paced environments focused on serving quality cuisine.
