Position Summary

We are looking for a Department Manager to lead daily operations, coordinate team activities, and ensure performance goals are met. In this role, you will oversee workflow, manage staff, and maintain quality standards. You will work closely with other departments to support business objectives.

Responsibilities

- Supervise daily operations and team performance.
- Coordinate staff schedules and allocate resources.
- Monitor production or service quality and address issues.
- Develop and implement operational procedures.
- Track key performance indicators and report on results.




- Support staff training and development.
- Collaborate with other departments on process improvements.

Requirements
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role.
- Solid leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of operational processes and quality standards.
- Experience in a similar industry is an asset.

Pay: $35,200.00-$128,792.24 per year
