Position Summary

We are looking for a Department Manager to oversee daily operations, coordinate team activities, and ensure service standards are met. This role involves managing staff, monitoring performance, and supporting business goals. The position is based in British Columbia.

Responsibilities

- Manage daily department operations and workflow
- Supervise and support team members
- Monitor performance and provide feedback
- Coordinate schedules and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards
- Maintain inventory levels and supply orders
- Prepare reports on department activities

Requirements
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role
- Robust organizational and communication skills
- Ability to lead a team and manage multiple tasks
- Basic knowledge of inventory and scheduling processes
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Post-secondary education in business or a related field is preferred

Pay: $36,500.00-$130,092.24 per year
