Our client, a growing and well-established organization in Oshawa , is seeking a Manager of Finance to oversee core accounting and financial reporting functions while supporting business planning and operational decision-making. This opportunity is well suited to a hands-on finance leader who enjoys owning the numbers, improving processes, and partnering with leadership. Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including GL, AP, AR, and payroll oversight Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Support cash flow management and working capital optimization Maintain and improve internal controls, policies, and procedures Liaise with external accountants, auditors,
