We are seeking a Business Development Director to join ManpowerGroup’s team. As a Business Development Director, you will partner with clients to provide talent solutions that drive business results.

Base pay range: $75,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

- Create sales plans that capitalize on high-growth client opportunities and aggressively hunt new business
- Drive year-over-year account growth
- Leverage our thought leadership to position yourself as a market and industry leader known by clients and in communities of relevance and looked to for World of Work expertise
- Grow revenue and share of wallet
- Drive client loyalty through continuous improvement of tracked net promoter score
- Capitalize on opportunities to sell large-scale, comprehensive ManpowerGroup services within an established portfolio of Key Account clients
- Create and deliver on account plans to increase client loyalty, deliver significant growth and maximize share of wallet

What you will do

- Secure new and increased business with key account clients,



focused on SOW or current sites to maximize revenue opportunity and deliver significant year-over-year growth
- Develop and execute against Key Account plans to generate demand within under-tapped accounts and convert dormant contacts to ManpowerGroup brand advocates
- Establish and leverage C-suite relationships
- Address account escalations with focus on client satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate across teams/brands to offer customized workforce solutions

Qualifications - External

Required

- Sales: 5+ years sales experience, with 3+ years selling a solution/service
- High school diploma or equivalent

Nice to Have

- Experience selling to Fortune 1000 clients and/or navigating a large, global, matrixed organization
