The City of Burnaby is seeking an urban forestry worker to support pruning, planting and removal of boulevard and park trees. The role involves hazardous climbing at heights using ropes, ladders and safety gear, and operating power saws and chipping equipment under supervision.
You will assist in tree planting, care, pest management and routine maintenance of equipment, with stand-by and call-out duties as required by the department. A valid BC driver's license is required.
