Reporting to the Accounting Team Lead, you'll engage with regional office managers and finance members. Your responsibilities will include project set-up, expense analysis, and maintaining documentation with a robust emphasis on detail.

Key Responsibilities:



• Process accurate project-related invoicing • Coordinate project accounting activities efficiently • Set up and close project budgets and billing rates • Prepare monthly project and expense analysis reports • Maintain documentation related to contracts and requirements

Requirements: • Degree or diploma in accounting • Experience in project accounting is an asset • Strong organizational and multitasking skills • Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems • Understanding of GAAP and accounting controls
