The Manufacturing Process Engineer at Innophos will be responsible for leading project execution and planning within the plant. You will conduct studies to improve process quality and energy efficiency, collaborate with teams on development and troubleshooting, and enhance the reliability of manufacturing equipment. Your engineering acumen will play a key role in supporting sustainability initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead project execution and technical oversight • Develop and manage PFDs and P&IDs; • Provide mentorship and support for maintenance teams • Implement process improvements based on studies • Ensure compliance with safety standards
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemical preferred • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing workplace • Familiarity with safety practices in chemical engineering • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience managing project budgets and scopes
