Oversee high-voltage electrical construction as a Field Foreman at Rising Edge Group. Lead crews while enforcing safety protocols and efficiently managing resources across sites.
As a key contributor reporting to the Construction Manager, you will ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. You will manage both the workflow of crews and the documentation required for project success. This position demands a degree in Construction Management and considerable hands-on experience in electrical contracting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute construction activities according to project specifications
• Document and submit all safety and progress reports daily
• Support crew by mentoring in safety and productivity




• Coordinate materials and equipment efficiently
• Ensure quality standards are met consistently
Requirements:
• Construction Management degree or Journeyperson designation
• 5-7 years experience in construction
• Familiarity with electrical safety regulations
• Experience with medium to high-voltage construction
• Willingness to travel to project sites
