Join Woodfibre LNG as a Materials and Logistics Coordinator in Squamish, BC. This role is pivotal for coordinating procurement and logistics activities to ensure operational readiness and safety on site.
As a key member of Woodfibre LNG's team, you will report to the Maintenance Manager and manage procurement execution for vital materials and services. Your expertise in supply chain logistics will interface with Maintenance, Operations, and external suppliers to enhance efficiency and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate procurement of operational materials and spare parts
• Support supplier communication and purchase requisition processes
• Manage logistics for inbound and outbound transportation




• Track critical materials for maintenance readiness
• Foster compliance with regulations and improve supply chain efficiency
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Supply Chain or related field
• 5+ years in procurement or logistics in heavy industry
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP (Hanna)
• Knowledge of inventory management and transportation processes
• Valid driver’s license and right to work in Canada
