This position is a vital part of Aviso’s People & Culture team and reports to the Director of Strategic HR Business Partner. The successful candidate will manage leaves and workplace accommodations while enhancing governance, administration, and compliance. Key skills include strong HR expertise, an understanding of disability management, and the ability to collaborate effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead leave of absence and workplace accommodation program evolution
• Oversee intake and documentation of leave and accommodation cases
• Provide guidance on leave entitlements and compliance




• Develop policies and workflows for program delivery
• Ensure compliance with employment standards and legislation
Requirements:
• 7+ years HR experience, 3-5 years in leaves and accommodations
• Robust knowledge of employment legislation and risk management
• Experience managing sensitive employee cases
• Ability to develop program frameworks in regulated environments
• Fluent in English; French is an asset
