Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and facilitate Kaizen exercises for team engagement • Accompany leaders in quality audits and reviews • Identify execution gaps and drive corrective actions • Validate process readiness and operational risks during deployments • Evaluate and track productivity and cost improvement initiatives
Requirements: • University degree in Industrial Engineering or similar • 3-10 years experience in logistics operations • Lean Six Sigma certification is desirable • Strong Excel and analytical capabilities • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
