Drawing on 15 years of experience, you will oversee operational performance, financial sustainability, and client relations. Your leadership will foster a culture of safety and accountability among multidisciplinary teams, promoting collaboration across technical service lines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and grow the Decommissioning and Demolition service line • Lead the execution of complex asset retirement initiatives • Develop proposals and support recent business opportunities • Build relationships with clients and regulatory bodies • Mentor and guide teams to enhance safety culture
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree or relevant technical certifications • 15+ years in asset retirement experience • Effective management of high-risk field operations • In-depth understanding of safety and regulatory requirements • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
