Assist community health programs in Rocky Mountain House with Assisted Living Alberta as an Administrative Support III. This in office role requires advanced administrative skills, exceptional customer service, and proficiency in various computer applications.
The Administrative Support III position is essential for maintaining client records and supporting community health services at Rocky Mountain House CHC. Reporting to the CAS Area Coordinator/Manager, you will manage files, assist with procurement, provide reception services, and handle booking appointments. This role demands a strong knowledge of community-based health programs and proficient computer skills to support complex procedures effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain client records and file management systems
• Handle procurement and inventory tracking functions
• Provide reception and registration services to clients
• Accept payments and perform accounting tasks
• Communicate and report information accurately
Requirements:
• Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent education
• Post-secondary Administrative Certificate preferred
• Two years of practical office experience required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to operate under pressure and maintain confidentiality
Excel in administrative support while contributing to community health initiatives with Assisted Living Alberta.
