You will foster a positive learning workplace and monitor student progress during practicum. This part-time role empowers students to thrive in their careers with the right guidance and evaluation. Key Responsibilities:

- Problem-solve student and staff inquiries daily
- Support students in learning HCA duties effectively
- Monitor skills during practicum and provide feedback
- Complete weekly progress reports for each student
- Facilitate completion of practicum checklists Requirements:
- 5 years of health care experience, preferably long-term care
- Required LPN/RN license and CPR certification
- Flexible and able to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
