Under the direction of the Human Resources Coordinator, the Health & Safety Coordinator / Executive Assistant plays a key role in overseeing the health and safety program at Signature, as well as providing administrative support to the Executive staff. This is an excellent chance for an organized, service-oriented individual with strong communication skills and a passion for people and process.

Desired Qualifications

- Preference is given to candidates that have health & safety backgrounds, along with administrative skills
- Strong knowledge of provincial safety legislation, safety programs,



and administrative processes including keeping formal minutes
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills as this person will interact with a diverse group of people and needs to be able to tailor responses to match the individual's level of understanding
- Comfortable speaking publicly, making presentations, and working independently
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat desired
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment

Compensation & Benefits:

Pay: $57,990.00-$71,284.00 per year
