As part of PCA’s Strategy & Planning function, this role offers the opportunity to build robust strategic recommendations by partnering with core internal teams. You will leverage quantitative insights and translate them into strategic communications for executive audiences, while also managing channel strategy initiatives that drive growth and improve client experience.
Key Responsibilities: • Develop and manage PCA's channel strategy and execution roadmap • Collaborate with finance, product,
and data analytics partners • Interpret performance data to identify risks and opportunities • Conduct competitive intelligence relevant to target segments • Prepare executive-level strategic communication materials
Requirements: • 5-8 years of experience in strategy or management consulting • Experience with financial services and strategic planning • Robust analytical skills and understanding of insurance metrics • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Undergraduate degree in Business or a related field
