This position within the ERS department requires a dedicated skilled with recent experience in client care. The ideal candidate brings three years of relevant experience as a Primary Care Paramedic and community-focused care. Familiarity with Indigenous customs and languages is essential to cater to the diverse community served.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide pre-hospital care and emergency response
• Identify and solve complex client care issues
• Utilize Shared Health ERS and Digital Health technology
• Communicate effectively in multiple languages
• Conduct patient assessments and support diverse cultural backgrounds
Requirements:
• 3 years experience as a Primary Care Paramedic
• Graduate of an accredited Paramedic program
• Valid Class IV Manitoba driver’s license
• Basic Life Support certification, level C
• Current registration with the College of Paramedics of Manitoba
